I am facing voice quality issue on my voice gateway router if the number of calls increased above 50 chanels.I can not isolate the issue.I dont have call manager in my network.
Expecting some voice experts help to resolve the issue.
My setup attached in the diagram.

Which router is that ? Which diagnostic steps did you took already ?

It is 3845 router.
There are three t1 pris connected with PSTN.If the number of calls are less i dont have any voice quality issue.
