Some of my production servers is at delhi now iam looking for vpn solution at delhi some people connect to head office servers and head office some people connect delhi production srvers

plz suggest me in VPN which solution is suitable to my requirement either IPSEC,Remote acceses or SSL

Your requirement is not so clear.

If you would like to have site to site VPN, then you can consider IP Sec.

I need to establish connectivity between  Development Environment at  Gurgaon and delhi for deployment activities on Development  server/Application  servers

Suggested mode for secured communication is  VPN.
