waas 4.1.1 load-balancingf between WAEs

can anybody help to enable load-balancing between different WAEs on a site

i added a drawing to this topic

we have 3 WAEs on the LAN and we would like to spread the load on all 3.

At this moment this is not even

WCCP automatically distributes load among available Cisco WAEs, providing linear scalability of performance. In this way, all WAEs are used simultaneously, thereby improving overall capacity for application acceleration and WAN optimization. Redirection is performed statefully based on a load-balancing algorithm that helps ensure that a flow is always redirected to the same WAE every time to facilitate maximum performance and optimization

what if I had to use PBR instead of WCCP?? does loadbalancing takes effect in this case? and How WCCP determines the loadbalancing Scheme? Pls provide us with some technical documentation for WAAS describing the Loadbalancing Scheme among multiple Wide Area engines.
