WAN Port is not detecting

Hi Friends,

 

Recently i purchased Cisco ISA 550 Firewall. I configured WAN port for public IP address using Leased Line Connection. But WAN LED notification is not showing and when i logged into the firewall there also it is showing WAN port is disconnected. I tried to change network cable from WAN port to leased line modem but it is not connecting.

Can anyone tell me what may be the problem?

Hello.

Try cross-over cable.

Try to set speed/duplex to auto/auto on both sides.
