Warranty WS-C3560G-48TS-S Switch

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen.

We bought a WS-C3560G-48TS-S Switch on the 15th of july 2010.
After a power failure the switch never goes online, only the "SYST"-LED lights but no connection or remote access is possible.

Do you have any ideas how I can get the switch online again?
Is there any chance to repair this switch or is there still a warranty? (normally 5 years after EOSale or?)
Serial Number is SFOC1414Y2V0.

hey do you get any type of console output when connected directly in ?

Cisco hardware equipment is only covered by a 90 day warranty , its support contracts after that , that would entitle you to an RMA replacement for free , there are 3rd party companies that will fix the switch but I would just get another one on ebay , that model goes for a few hundred dollars now will probably cost more to fix than buy
