Weighted Fair Queue Finish time

Can someone please explain how WFQ scheduler selects packets based on finish time?

The QOS Cisco Press guide explains only about the packet selection based on Lowest Sequence number.

Hi Paolo,

I came across these lines in  Cisco Press QOS exam certification guide Page No. 276:

CAUTION The Cisco QoS course uses the term “Finish Time” (FT) instead of Sequence

Number, but its usage is identical to the coverage shown here. You should be aware of both terms

for the exam.

So I too was wondering  what "finish time" would be ?
