What is MED +

I was going to my interview for certain company , when i was ask about difference between med + and med 
I really dont know what it meant , can somebody explain this

not sure what the interviewer's mind, if you looking at BGP MED.

interesting question. The only thing I have ever heard about where MED plus is mentioned is in a 'bestroute med-plus-igp' context. Check the link below, maybe that is what the interviewer is referring to...
