What is MPLS lite?

Can anyone tell me what MPLS lite is?

One of my tutors used this term in a lecture.

I have come accross VRF lite which i beleive is VRF without MPLS?

But i cant find any infor on MPLS lite. Was he just getting confused?

I believe it's the same thing as vrf lite.

Hi David,

I agree, it should be vrf-lite. Even if you google mpls lite to cisco you have results from vrf lite.

it should be rebranded as  'I cant believe its not MPLS'
