Please have a look at the image

What is the command to check the ingress Real time Traffic on Parallel Links of OSPF?

I want to see real time incoming traffic on R2's both the ingress interfaces. marked as green. 

I am sending Ping or any other traffic from PC1 to PC2. 

I am also confused if the mechanism is called Equal Cost Multi path on OSPF   

or Equal Cost Load Balancing on OSPF

Show interface on the (two) interfaces of interest.

ECMP is where OSPF sees two or more paths to the same destination prefix with the same cost.  OSPF will direct traffic to the multiple paths attempting to use them equally, but actual loading can be far from equal.
