What is the Sampling Interval for the HSec license?
My question is around the use of the HSec license for higher speed encryption on the Cisco 4000 series routers.
If my traffic profile suffers from micro-bursting I may see traffic peaks that would hit the HSec license limit for sub-second (or even sub-millisecond) periods, while the average over a 1 second period would be well within this limit. In the extreme, each packet is sent at line rate because you can't possibly do otherwise.
This is very similar to issues seen with video traffic going through a QoS policy when the sampling interval is left at default 0.4ms.
So the question is: What is the sampling interval for the enforcement of the HSec license?
I've got a one problem. Me and my friend have the same ISP. I checked my External IP address at WhatIsMyIp.com and my friend do it to. And we saw we have the same External IP.So my question is can 2 routers have the same External IP address? If i'm right 2...
