What's the difference between WS-C3750X-24P-L with WS-C3750X-24T-L ?

I want to buy cisco c3750x switch between WS-C3750X-24P-L with WS-C3750X-24T-L . I still have no idea to choose which one is worth to have, can someone give me the suggest?

24P means it's 24-port PoE.

24T means it's 24-port non-PoE.

BTW, ff you do need PoE, power planning is more involved as you also need to account for how much power your PoE devices will need to draw.  Also, if you have a stack of 3750-Xs, power planning might also use Stack Power.

In addition to what Joe has posted, can you please elaborate what you are trying to achieve. Personally, if I was given a choice, I'd consider looking at 3650 and 3850 instead of 3750X.
