Hi there,

The router would only prefer the OSPF route if it had a longer prefix than the eBGP route. If the prefix lengths are equal and the administrative distances are still at default values then the eBGP route will be installed in the routing table.

but we want to prefer ospf route without using of route map also .prefix length is same .

Hi,

If you want prefer OSPF, you can decrease the administrative distance from 110 to 19 at least. 

router ospf x

distance ospf <inter-area> <intra-area> <external>

You must analize your network first. 

Also you can prefer some prefixes from specific source using: 

router ospf x

distance 19 <source address> <wildcard, usually 0.0.0.0> <acl>

The ACL is used to match the specific received prefixes.
