Hello,

the short answer is: any router, even the most low end router, can handle 200 concurrent NAT translations. One NAT translation uses about 312 bytes of memory, so even the low end 800 series with 512MB default DRAM memory can easy handle that...

Don't just look at the NAT capabilities.  It is important to know what is the WAN speed and whether or not the router can support this speed or not.
