Why branch can't learn routing information between each other with atm ?

I have two branch which connect to headquarter with ATM. My headquarter router's config is like this:

interface ATM2/0

ip address 10.x.x.1 255.255.255.224

no ip split-horizon

no atm ilmi-keepalive

pvc 0/100

protocol ip 10.x.x.4

broadcast

!

pvc 0/110

protocol ip 10.x.x.3

broadcast

!

On router 10.x.x.4,there isn't route which originated from 10.x.x.3 vice versa. I know subinterface can solve this problem. Are there any more solutions ?

forget to say network is running eigrp routing protocol

I have config "no ip split-horizon " on the atm interface.

Do I need to config "no ip split-horizon eigrp xx" ?

I will try to test it tomorrow.
