I have a C2621 and trying to install a T1 card.
It does not show any servivce-module or controller commands.
The software version in good when compared to the requirements guide.
How do I configure the card in the router for T1?

The single port T1 cards require no configuration.

Perhaps we could provide better answers if we had more information to work with. As a start can you provide the specifics about what T1 card you are trying to install? And can you provide the specifics of the version of code that you are running? Can you post the output of show version so that we can see if the card shows up?

I have done some checking about the WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 and I find this in an document about the card:
The Cisco T1 DSU/CSU -V2 WIC is supported on the Cisco 1700 Series, 2600XM Series, 3631, and 3700 Series routers, and Cisco ICS 7750 software.
see this URL for additional details

So can you tell us whether your router is a 2600 or a 2600XM?

Good morning Richard
Thank you for looking at this
My Router is an C2621 and I cannot find any thing that suggests its a C2600XM.
When I try to show devices I cannot see the card.
I attached a print out of my IOS.

Thank you for the additional information. The show version seems to indicate that your router is 2621 and not an XM. And if the information in the URL is accurate then this card is only supported in the XM version of the routers. So it looks like the card and your router are not compatible.

Thank you for the input
After reading several documents online, I thought it would be good to
get another opinion. Some papers indicated it may work and others said
no.
Thank you
