WIC-2T compatibility between router 2800 and 1941 series

Hi all,

My current routers are the 2811 with WIC-2T. As this is an old router, we plan to purchase the 1941 series for our academy.

To save cost. we plan to reuse the existing WIC-2T by installing in the 1941 series.

My question is, is it possible to do that in terms of compatibility?

WIC-1T/2T is not supported.  If you insert the card in the router/IOS will disable the the module (EoS).  You will need to upgrade to HWIC-2T.
