They can work without the  Supervisor Engine or I must install it ?

If I must install the Supervisor Engine what is the P/N for the card which is compatible with C4507R-E ?

you need to have one sup and can go for 2 sups if you are particular about supervisor redundancy.

Can the switch work without the supervisor engine card at least with the basic operation for example L2 functions. because we should use it now then we will buy the WS-X45-SUP6L-E card.

No it can't work without A supervisor card.
