unable to send fax status unknown

Hi I am trying to set up a IP based fax but each time the status show unknown. We have no call manager and the deployment is over virtual router ( csr100V).  The following is the command that i deployed on cube : Whenever i gives a call to the destination number ( Fax number ) , there is no any fax tone. It rings for the first time and after some time it fails. SIP signaling is working well, but then media RTP is not working. I have captured wireshark apckets capture in the windows machine where fax was installed. There is a monodirectional RTP from fax to cube. I have attached a screenshot here. Has anyone idea where teh fax is stucking ? If you need i can provide debug ccsip message logs.

On the voice gateway you must enable T.38 and fallback to G.711 passthrough in global configuration mode (G.711alaw in the examples)

    voice service voip
	fax protocol t38 fallback pass-through g711alaw

Then a dial-peer must be added to route incoming faxes to ipFax. The session target points to the IAS machine and the codec is g711alaw.

   dial-peer voice 1 voip
description INCOMING FAX FROM PSTN TO STONEFAX
   destination-pattern 4..
   session target ipv4:10.10.10.1
   session protocol sipv2
   codec g711alaw
   no vad

If you are using G711a, then "fax call" is just another plain voice call.

As you provided no logs and no packets captured (just single call-flow screenshot with no further details is not enough) we have no chance to advise something valuable.

Note the CSR100V you mentioned is not Small Business kind of product. It seems you are asking in wrong community. So ask in IP Telephony and Phones instead and provide more detailed description.
