Not able to enter global configuration mode with C1111

I have an SD-WAN router C1111-8P. I'm unable to enter the global configuration mode with this router.With C1121-8P I can enter global configuration mode by enabling the autonomous mode.Is there a similar process in C1111 router?

VLAN deny access to the other VLAN

Hi,I have a problem is that all PC from one VLAN I must deny the access to ping the PC of another VLAN. I've been searching for days for a solution but without success. In the attached file you can find sketch of what my problem is.
