Cisco SDWAN IOS Parser Fail

We recently upgraded our Cisco SDWAN devices to 12.12.2 for controllers and 17.12.2(ED) for C8500/8000v. When attaching new templates and pushing new configs the following error appears in the logs:

“Failed to obtain exclusive access to the IOS parser: % Authorization failed.”

The running configuration says successful in the vManage logs when pushing templates. But the actual running config does not update on the WAN edge. The local config on the vManage is updated.

• We are logged in with an admin account. NETCONF seems to connect successfully.

I am sure you pushing the Config template using vManage - what is the version of vManage - check the compatibility :

Since its broken after upgrade, i suggest to Open a TAC due to latest version of code.

I believe its TACACS and ISE/AD that's the issue.
