We are designing our internet zone in our new data center, and one of the requirment is to have a kind of SLA in the internet edges, that can test tcp 80 or based on TCP 443, along with seeing the latency across the path and based on the inputs routing decision can be selcted. This setup is for the internet traffic means there are no other peers for the vEdges. Its only dual vEdges that are working as exist point for the internet zone for normal internet traffic.

I would like to know if its possbile?

LAN is vrrp holding to supinterfac

Technically yes, desirably no, you can achieve it but you would still need vbond, vsmart and vmanage for orchestration and policies to achieve the end objective. Value add will be missed since the true value of the Solution is connecting different sites. Also with new versions, you will see SDA-SDWAN-ACI as cross domain integration which ll also be missed.
