How SDWAN Choose Underlay Path

I would like to ask, if my OMP peers is down with Vsmart(Vsmart Down), how to configured vEdge or cEdge router in such a way that It will track the omp peer and if it is found down, it will forward traffic from under lay network....

Note : I'm only using single router in 1 site.

Or any other way to do that....

Hello Sir,

Will on demand tunnel help me in moving my data from under lay network. 

Just want to know that if  Control Connections(VSMART) is down, in that case will it form IPSEC Tunnel.???

Customer wants that if their overlay network is down, the traffic should pass through underlay.
