hello,

I just enabled email/webhook notification on vManage in order to send some alerts such as faulty power supply or fan failure alarm to the webhook server, however, I don't see any hardware alert except interface down, OMP down, BFD down...

 please could you help?

For power supply you need to collect syslog messages:

CHMGR_PEM_OK
CHMGR_PEM_OPER

On this case you need to create/edit cflow policy and send the logs to a server.

Login into V-MANAGE,

- Click on "Configuration" on the left panel

- Scroll down to "Policies"

- On the upper right hand side select "Custom Options"

- Cick on "Traffic Policy"

- On the left upper side click on "Cflowd"

- Click on Policy "CFLOWD-POLICY" and click on the 3 dots on the righ hand side

-Or you need to click "Add Policy" in case you have none.

- Click on "Edit"

- Click on "New Collector" on the left hand side

Once new template open,

- Vaidate the template with its address just created

- Netflow (LogicMonitor) X.X.X.X

- On the Template go to middle right hand side "Action"

- Click on Delete, confirm and save changes
