Hello All,
- I have a lab setup where there is 3 WAN edges: (ISR4331, vEdge cloud & CSR1000v)
- I did upgrade vManage to 20.3.2.1 and both vSmart and vBonds to 20.3.2
- upgraded vEdge cloud to 20.3.2
- upgraded ISR4331 to 17.3.2
- CSR1000v has IOS of 16.12.4a and will be upgraded to 17.3.2
- Old IOS for vManage,vBond, vSmart & vEdge cloud was 19.2.31
- Old IOS ISR4331 was 16.12.4
- Before the upgrade all WAN edges have the OMP sessions up with no issues, however after the upgrade only virtual WAN edges got affected where they just lost control connection with vSmart (WAN edges can create successfully tunnel with vBond & vManage)
- Virtual WAN edges are not trying to form the tunnel with vSmart as checked from (sh control connections-history)
- I've confirmed that Virtual WAN edges have the correct serial number of vSmarts, I've also tried to click on (Send to contollers) but no luck
Any recommendations?
