Hi everyone.
I have a situation here where some users are reporting skype performance issues in network, specially with Screen Sharing. I've already checked the QOS configs and some other configs to improve and solve this problems. Now I'm seeing the follow error on interface connected to MPLS Circuit:
show interface errors ge0/1
interface vpn 0 interface ge0/1 af-type ipv4
arp-add-fails 32
rx-arp-reply-drops 0
rx-arp-rate-limit-drops 0
tx-arp-rate-limit-drops 0
rx-arp-non-local-drops 226
tx-arp-request-fail 0
tx-no-arp-drops 0
rx-ip-ttl-expired 0
rx-ip-errors 64096 <== This error is incrementing.
Does anyone knows what is this error related? In SDWAN documentation mentions something about Received packets whose IP or Thernet header could not be parsed.

Hi,
have you checked cable? May be there is cabling issue (bad cable) and incoming packets' bits are changed while receiving. So, router can not do correct parsing of L2/L3 headers.

Hi... Thanks for your reply.
Yes we have already replaced the cable, SFP and Port and the problem still happening. I've opened a ticket to the Service Provider check their side as well.
