I'm trying to upload .tar file of thousandeyes enterprise agent in the software repository of vManage in the path Software Repository --> Virtual Images --> Upload Virtual Image --> vManage. But the image is failed to upload with error message 'null'.

Appreciate if anyone could help me with the solution. I'm following below Thousand Eyes documentation and have also attached error message screenshot. vManage version - 20.3.3.1

Hello,

I believe the problem is the compatibility between the vManage 20.3.3.1 and the Thousandeyes. Based the bellow links you need at minimum vManage 20.6.1
