Unable to upgrade to vBond to 19.3

Hello,

I'm trying upgrade my SD WAN lab to 19.3 from 19.2.099. vManage upgrade is successful. vBond upgrade ends with this message:

It seems like a bug, but I can't find any issue connected to vBond upgrade from 19.2.099 to 19.3 in release notes or bug search tool. Is it possible debug more details about this issue? "resource denied: duplicate command" is too short information.

Has anybody upgrade to 19.3 with success?

We upgraded one of our environments from 18.4.303 to 19.3 without any issues. Have you tried several times ? Maybe it was some sort of connectivity issue during the upgrade ?

After restart all controllers was upgrade possible. I tried it last week with success. Now are all controllers 19.3.0.
