Error "Out of Sync" for vManage and vBond

In present, my Viptela (version: 17.2.x) show the "Out of Sync" error as image attached.

I guest that the error comes when I send an error config to vsmart from vManage. Then, I deleted the task, but the error is still there now. So, I can update config for vSmart because vManage is in illegal reference. I cannot change config for vSmart by CLI because vSmart is being in vManage mode.

 

Please help me if someone know how to resolve the error?

Have you tried a rediscovery or to put the device in CLI managed mode and then attach it to a template again?

Hi Daniel,

 

Thanks so much for your help. But the problem is still there. As I understand, the issue is that vManage cannot sync template with vSmart.

 

I rediscover vManage, vSmart, vBond and they are completed status.

 

I would really like to change from vManage mode to CLI mode for vSmart, but it is always failure from vManage because vMange is out of sync.

 

Do you know to change to CLI mode for vSmart by API or other way?
