SD WAN SLA Classes

In the below screen shot with respect to loss percentage, if I set the value say 95 (SLA 95) does it means that that the acceptable loss is  95% or acceptable loss is 5%.

Basically I want to set the loss not more than 5% . What is the value I should set ?

This is regarding SLA Classes in Cisco SD-WAN

It's 95%.
