tengo el siguiente problema:
al realizar el update al JAVA en un windows 7, se bloqueo el ASDM no pudiendo ingresar mediante esta herramienta a la administracion de un ASA 5510 que tengo actualmente en produccion. lo que intente es hacer lo siguiente desintale el ASDM de la computadora, volvi a descargarlo del ASA5510 , y nada no me da resultados, intente desinstalar el JAVA y volver a instalarlo pero sigue presentando errores, pregunta como desintalar correctamente el JAVA ?, como desistalar correctamente el ASDM?
el software del ASA es el siguiente: asa831-k8.bin
la imagen del ASDM es el siguiente: asdm-631.bin
