Stealthwatch Stuck in Initializing

Hi All

 

I have gone through the initial setup for Stealthwatch Management Console Appliance:

 

- CIMC IP Address

- Management IP Address

- Changed the sysadmin password

- Changed the root password

 

I can ping the device but when I HTTPS to it, it says:

Stealthwatch is initializing, please wait

 

When I followed exactly same process on the Flow Collector it works and I can see the login prompt to it

When you followed the exact same process on the Flow Collector it works and you can see the login prompt to it

Was this issue resolved.? Facing same problem

Cisco has a document with the procedure to fix it. For some reason it isn't public although the problem is common. If you raise a TAC they will provide you with this doc.

Factory reset resolved the issue as this was a fresh installation

I need access to this document. Does anyone have it available anywhere?
