SMC - ERROR c.c.t.a.s.b.LoggingBootstrapRunner

HI all I am trying to install SMC to test CTA to customer

But I am getting a problem after activate CTA under SMC the registration are not working

someone already pass for situation like this?

Hi

I check the internal case. There was one similar case.

And there are multiple root causes for this issue.

1. The time is not synchronized

2. License is missing

3. FC and SMC are not correctly connected together

4. ???

So, please open the TAC case and the TAC team helps you to resolve.
