They could have done a better job in naming their product.

For example:

• The update for the FMC is named Sourcefire 3D Defense Center.
• And update for FirePower module software is named Cisco Network Sensor Patch.

Why not just name the update FMC update, FirePower module update!?

Hi phuong, FTD is the successor of ASA and hence it cannot be managed using ASDM. you can manage FTD using either the centralised management server which is FMC or locally manage using Firepower device manager (FDM). configuration guides are available on Cisco sites.
