I'm using Stealthwatch Cloud, and when I activated the Ribbon, I mistakenly used the wrong account. Now my SecureX Ribbon is connected to the wrong account. How do I fix it?

Answer

We're working on a way for you to de-authorize the Ribbon and start over. Until then, you'll need to contact support.

Supply the following information:

  • A reference to Cisco Stealthwatch Cloud,
  • Company name, contact name, phone number, and email address,
  • Cisco.com User ID
  • Service contract number
  • Brief problem description
