Core issue

This problem occurs when priority queuing is configured.

This issue is caused by the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsc94945.

Resolution

As a workaround, perform either of these steps:

  • After the bootup, manually add the priority-que, and then reconfigure the policy-map for priority.

  • Download and upgrade the software version to any one these provided:

  • 7.2(0.34)

  • 7.1(1.9)

  • 7.0(4.11)
