Core issue
This issue was found in CiscoSecure ACS Solution Engine versions 3.3(3) and version 4.0(1.36). It is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCsb83399.
The CiscoSecure ACS solution engine does not save the defined FTP settings during a software upgrade to version 3.3.3. However, the defined backup scheduling is saved. This behavior causes a backup problem after the software upgrade.
Resolution
As a workaround, re-enter the FTP information manually after the software upgrade.
