Question
I was approached today with a question of whether there is a known viable Cisco or 3rd party solution for recording individual channels, vtgs, or any communication on the IPICS platform. Please let me know what you know or recommend.

Check out the Cisco IPICS 2.1 SRND, a solution is provided on page 3-29 that will enable any 3rd party recording device to record an IPICS multicast channel.

Most 3rd party recording devices (even those that do VOIP) do not have the ability to record multicast. But here are some that may work with the IPICS solutions...
Witness, Nice, Higher Ground to name a few, are companies with
recording solutions.
