Resolution

The Cisco VPN 3060 Concentrator provides only the username and the public IP address in the logs.

This process is the only way to check the IP address assigned to the user:

  1. Go to Monitoring > Sessions > Remote Access Sessions.

  2. From Remote Access Sessions, go to Username Assigned IP Address.

The output provides the assigned IP address to the client while
    connected to the VPN concentrator.

This data is also accessible from Remote Access Sessions:

    • Public IP Address Group Protocol
    • Encryption Login Time
    • Duration Client Type
    • Version Bytes Tx
    • Bytes Rx NAC Result
