Resolution
Enable bridging between transparent and Source-Route Bridging by configuring a pseudo-ring on each router. In order to accomplish this, apply the source-bridge transparent 40 41 1 1 command on both routers in Global configuration mode.
This is an example:
Hostname(config)#source-bridge transparent 40 41 1 1
