Core issue
The Management Center for Cisco Security Agents (CSA MC) is a component of the CiscoWorks VPN/Security Management Solution (VMS). CiscoWorks Common Services must be installed on the system where CSA MC is installed. To perform the installation, you need local administrator privileges on the system in question.
Resolution
Once you have verified the system requirements, you can begin the installation.
Perform these steps:
Exit any other programs you have running on the system where you are installing CSA MC.
Install Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Desktop Engine as part of the CSA MC installation.
Install CSA MC.
