How to Submit an ISE Feature or Enhancement Request

We often get New Feature Requests or Enhancement Requests for ISE in the Community discussions. To ensure your requests and your contact information (for any followup questions) reach the Product Management team directly, you should submit your request directly from the ISE user interface directly.

The admin PC needs access to the internet. Otherwise you may post your feedback at this link

To submit your request:

  1. Login to ISE
  2. Click on the image.png menu in the upper right corner
  3. Select the Feedback menu item

  4. Click on Take Product Survey

  5. Complete the Feedback form and choose either Enhancement or New Feature based on what you think is required

  6. Submit the form and your request will be sent directly the ISE Product Management Team.

For information on integrating a security product not listed under Security Technical Alliance Partners, please have the vendor reach out to us via email at partnering-csta@cisco.com

 

Anti-malware currently not supported

If you're looking to integrate with a new Anti-Malware not listed under our ISE compatibility guides then please follow the process below.

This is only useful if your ISE has access to the Internet. Most company ISE deployments are hidden behind firewalls etc. and do not have Internet access for security reasons.
