The HTTP 500 Internal Server Error message is received when the Next button is clicked in RADIUS Accounting, or TACACS+ Accounting on the CiscoSecure ACS for Windows

Core issue

This issue is due to the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsb74859.

This problem occurs when more than one page exists in the effected report. On CiscoSecure ACS for Windows version 3.3.3, this error message could occur when Next is clicked while in the RADIUS Accounting, TACACS+ Accounting and TACACS+ Administration pages.

Resolution

This issue rarely occurs and only for the RADIUS Accounting, TACACS+ Accounting and TACACS+ Administration pages of the Reports and Activities section on CiscoSecure ACS for Windows version 3.3.3.
