Our Cisco ACS (4.2) is working fine with most of our Nexus devices except two problem.
1. 5K ( 4.0(1a)N2 (1a))cannot talk to ACS correctly. On ACS box I can see the request has been sent but was not correctly understood.

2. ACS External account can pass authentication but failed accounts with ACS internal password for one Nexus 5k (4.1.(3 )N2(1a)).

Does anybody experience this kind of problem or you know what happened.
