The expert provides tips and guidelines to solve common issues, which is beneficial to the customer because these issues can be resolved with having to contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for assistance. In addition, the expert provides links to useful resources.
The session includes a live demonstration of the best troubleshooting tips and practices for Firepower.

adisanka.jpgAdytia Sankar is a Technical Consulting Engineer for the Firepower team at the Customer Experience (CX) Center in RTP, North Carolina. He supports all Firepower features, both physical and virtual. He enjoys working with customers to solve complex issues and he is interested in computer programming and data analytics. Aditya holds a CCNA certification and is currently pursing a CCNP certification.
