This guide is to provide answers to common questions for Security Cloud Control.
Questions & Answers:
If a trial expires and the customer has not claimed yet, can they still use the claim code?
No, once the trial expires the claim code expires. If it's within 90 days, the Partner/Seller can extend the trial and a new claim code will be sent.
Customer added the trial with the claim code, but doesn't see the trial in the Security Cloud Control Dashboard.
Check that you are in the correct enterprise. View Managing Enterprises in the Security Cloud Control User guide for details on Enterprise management.
The trial or order was claimed and/or activated in the wrong Enterprise. How can the customer move it?

My customer has an existing SCCM account that they want to use, what do I do?
Email: security-analytics-ops-gtm@cisco.com with your POV # and request they run the attach script for the customer.
