Core issue

The issue occurs due to the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsc59420.

This problem appears as soon as the policy static translation is used.

Resolution

In order to resolve this issue, perform either of these steps:

  • Remove the static translation from the configuration.

  • Download and  upgrade to the Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) 5.0(00.32)F or later versions
