ACS issue ver5

Hi all,

just one of my client is facing an issue related to lock out.

we are trying to understand the behaviour of the cluster.

A user is locked on the secondary device and not one the primary as it should be.

inorder to unlock the user, my client has perform the following:

1- promote the secondary as primary

2- unlock the user

3- promote the primary as primary

any advice or is this  a but or has he done something cause this?

Hi Lance. Something doesn't seem right here. You should only have to do changes/configurations from your primary ACS instance. The primary instance would then replicate those changes to the rest of the nodes in the cluster. I am suspecting that replication is not working properly.
