ACS v5.5 Install Issue

I'm trying to install ACS onto a VM following the Cisco VM install documentation but the install fails when its trying to install ACS after the OS has been installed successfully.

See screenshot for errors.

Has anyone come across this error previously and if so how have you got round it?

Did you configure the VM with all of the required resources outlined in the ACS Hardware Installation Guide:
