CSM service CRMDmgtd is not starting

I have install CSM 4.7 on window server 2012 r2. But its deamon services (CRMDmgtd) are not starting.

What would be the issue.

Pinging to server working fine.

Windows Server 2012 R2 is not a supported OS for CSM4.7.

Please see the Installation Guide which shows the server operating system requirements (Server 2008 R2 SP 1 or Server 2012 (non-R2)).

Marvin has an important point:  if you have FURTHER troubles with this install, you might well NOT GET HELP because you have installed on an unsupported O/S.  I'm not a *big* fan of this policy but I understand it, CSM is not a simple application and IMHO you want it reliable.  I would reinstall especially if you are not far into it.
