How to make CSM to use fullqualified shortcuts and links?

Hi community

I've got a CSM v4.3 up and running. But whenever he sends a mail containing a URL, XML or shortcut pointing to himself he inserts only his hostname, but not his fullqualified domain name. Is there any way to make him use and send the fqdn?

I tried to run the hostnamechange.pl script to add the domain name with the domain option. It didn't resolv the problem.

I found a workaround: Just configure the fqdn as the hostname with the hostnamechange.pl and ignore the domain option.

I hope that the programmers where at least consistent in ignoring the domain name throughout the entire application.
